I do not use hotmail so i cant just click it where it says click here to join, so i went tp properties and got the addy it used, I put it in my yahoo and sent it I tryed this a while back and got a replay but it was blank how the heck you join what do you put in the sujbect or can you join it with yahoo mail?

Whatever internet browser you use(the one you use to get here), in the address space at the top, type www.seniorpattern.com and then on the left side of the SPA website page put your pointer over "About the SPA" and then slide your pointer over and click on "Join the Spa."
