Wow, just came across this old thread I had posted in back in '09! I'm glad some are trying to keep the classics alive, sadly my C6 met its end in '11 at the Huntsville BPA. Had spent a lot of effort to have the wood beams and DB mount replaced with a custom built Hyde mount for the 110, kept the pipe and boy, did she fly great! No more vibration problems, consistent runs and all the benefits. But 5th round of the 2nd contest I flew in after the conversion, my concentration drifted or something and I NEARLY completed a Split S, except for the pine tree and chain link fence...
I've been flying for over 30 years now, and my C6 was the best plane I have ever been fortunate enough to fly, including the current generation pattern stuff. I sure do miss it!
There was a 120 size listed from the Dunphy's years ago, that would be awesome!
