Default Problem with RCU!!

I've been a member in RCU for years...I was very active in RC planes and bought and sold in the " buy and sell the market" many times. I stopped flying a couple years ago and have not been active in RCU since then. I am in the process of getting RC trucks for my grandsons and wanted to check out the "buy and sell".....I was denied access because I owe $.20(that's cents, not dollars). I was asked to renew my credit card, which I'm not going to do, but I did deposit $10 with Paypal to cover the 20 cents, but I'm still denied access to the "buy and sell".......I've done all I can to notify RCU but no response. Seems pretty crappy to me................!

I'm passing this on to our Marketplace Moderator to handle. You should be hearing from him on the matter

I get this for about an hour or two every day. I assume RCU is down for maintenance regularly? It happens late afternoon Sydney time which is early AM in the USA.

I apologize for the slow response. I was out of town for the holidays for the past several days.

I have updated your account to reflect your Paypal deposit. Thank you for your continued support of RCUniverse.com

This has been occurring on and off for me and others as well for awhile now. I started a thread about it here and it continues to happen every other day sometimes connecting after a refresh or two and sometimes it takes minutes or hours.

Unfortunately still a daily occurrence for me. Even today.

I'm pretty sure that's an Apple IOS problem. It's basically a time-out issue which I don't think is adjustable in the Apple OS. I use Chrome and get the same response once in a while. A non-issue under Windows browsers. Not that I'm a Windows fan; it has its own issues but the inflexibility of IOS can cause aggravating little problems.

I saw this thread popped up with a new post and so did the reoccurring problem about 10min ago. Kind of like driving a car with an intermittent problem that no one can fix.....you have to wait for it to "really break" before it can be repaired!
Also, I'm running Windoze and Firefox 33.1.

We've had this problem with a fire alarm monitoring system at a facility I managed,, We'd get this "trouble alarm", basically means something is wrong within the system, not a fire,,, anyway we'v has three alarm tech companies try and fine the problem , even paid thousands to replace the motherboard,, the problem still persisted, Only solution will be bite the bullet, spend a fortune to scrap everything and build a new system.

Point??
All it take is the right amount of money to fix a problem right.

We had a similar problem in our Hangar for several months, with regular false alarms that always tested ok.

It was a cat.
