I wanted to upgrade from my old radio to new tech and ordered a NX10 radio, receiver and battery from Horizon. All were listed as "in stock". I received the receiver and battery quickly but not the radio. I couldn't find any information on-line about the radio at all. I could only see was my order, which included the radio. After finally being able to contact someone I was informed that the NX10 is back ordered. When I questioned why it was listed as in stock I was told sorry, we apologize for the mistake, we may have some next month. I find this unacceptable and feel deceived. Be very careful with this company. I won't be doing business with them again.
