Never got a close look at what he had, as I was so mad that the race officials kept me away from the scene untill it was time to put the citizen's arrest on him. I understand it was just a curcuit board with the plug in crystal's,and was hidden in a paper bag. I do know that the hand held scanner was really howling when they got to his car.
