Just wanted to drop a quick note in here...I've raved about these guys over in my Bulldog build thread as well, but wanted a bit wider exposure.
These folks are absolutely AWESOME. TREMENDOUSLY helpful staff, willing to do "the extra bit" to help you make a wise purchasing decision, answer questions, or anything else to make the experience pleasant. Steve Thomas and his folks are knowledgeable as well.
When I placed my order, they took it efficiently, kept in constant contact with me regarding shipping methods and prices, let me know when the item was shipped, and followed up to make sure it arrived in good shape. The item arrived promptly (ordered late Saturday, had it Wed morning).
When I called to speak with Steve, and tell him how much the service was appreciated, he was a pleasant fellow to speak with, showed genuine appreciation for the call, and spoke at length about how important providing that level of service to EVERY customer is to them.
So many threads around here are quick to bash...I am as well. I thought it was appropriate to be equally willing to reward and rave when someone does business exceptionally well.
