I have considered printing some how-to posts translated by Google into Spanish for some local flyers.
I picked a recent post I made and had a bi-lingual friend read both the English version and the Google version.
The results were as follows: English was understood completely and when she read the Spanish version:
She went to her knees, convoluted, and wiped the tears from her eyes (ROFL, almost) Then she beckoned my wife and translated it for her as well.

If you are up on your Spanish, you may want to due the Google translate at the bottom of the page listed below:

I'm sure Google will NOT work for what I had in mind..

I don't speak spanish, I did have 2 years of it in high school....

Even with no experience, though, I can see the flaw:

Original post:

Azizza
Your off the hook.
Hope someone, not specifically pointed to you, got some fresh insight this post, I know I did.

Go set-up up your new radio and enjoy.

Translated into Spanish:

Azizza su apagado el gancho. Espere a alguien, señalado no específicamente a usted, conseguido una cierta penetración fresca este poste, yo saben que hiciera. Va la disposición encima de su radio nueva y goza.

Translated back to English (Should be similar if not identical to the first one...)

Azizza the its extinguished hook. I wait for somebody, indicated you not specifically, obtained to a certain fresh penetration east post, know that I did. He goes the disposition upon his new radius and enjoys.

Fresh Penetration? I'm scared...

You got the point, albeit in a round about manner! The culture's play on words whatever they may be always seem to have or imply......
