Default Fiberglass...worse than monokote?

Found somrthing I hate worse than Monokote. I am glassing (reinforcing the firewall) on the front of an old Sweet Stick as per instructions. How do you keep the fiberglass from unraveling. I am using light weight fiberglass around the firewall and need a way to seal the edges so i don't have soo much trouble when applying the resin. Thanks

One thing that really helps is to cut the babric on the bias (45deg). You can also spray a very light misting of 3M 77 contact cement onto the fabric to hold the fibers in place. Also, use slow epoxy, take your time and keep a cool head.
