Default CAN 2 CARBON FIBER PLATES RUBBING TOGETHER CAUSE GLITCHES?

I'm using CF to make a scale fowler type hinge with a steel socket head cap screw as a pivot point and also a 4-40 steel clevis connected to it. Would this cause any RF interferance? ie. such as touching a steel screwdriver to the low end needle valve of a glow engine.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks,

Gunny
