Default Going around in circles

Blessed is he who runs around in circles, for he shall be known as a "Wheel."

Even more blessed is he who runs around in large circles, for he shall be known as a "Big Wheel."

I must admit I still have a couple u/c planes, an "Ezy-Just Hot Rock" handle, several sets of flying wires, and even a Jim Walker "U-Reely" sitting in the back room.

I'll be happy to give any help here I can, but it has been a while.

Bill.

I still have a half dozen Fox 35's, 4 OS MAX S35's, 1 Johnson Stunt Supreme, I Merco Black Streak Stunt Special, ST G21-46, and Fox 40 Stunt. I also have all the stuff Bill speaks of laying around. I have a couple Magicians, a Flite Steak, a Ringmaster, and a Nobler hanging on the wall.

Enjoy,

Jim

He is a lot of URL's to things of control line interest. It's somewhat out of date. George Aldrich passed away a couple years ago and that site no longer has anything of interest on it.

Enjoy

Bill and Jim,

I just got in and found a few emails notifying me of the reinstatement of the CL Forum here. Thanks.

I do agree with Controlline that you guys need to give those pieces of CL equipment some exercise. Either that or put them into the hands of some one who can and will use them.

As to the future of Control Line, you might look at my comments re the future of the persuasion at:

http://rcuniverse.com/Can%27t_find_f...1121182/tm.htm

(Whew!! It would have been nice to be able to "paste" that rather than having to type it all out. I hope that I typed it correctly!)

Hopefully, some of the previous users mentioned at

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/Cont...1125695/tm.htm

will once again make use of this newly reinstated forum.

Talk at you on the flip side.

To save you some time typing if you highlight the text in the original message and CTRL-C to copy it and THEN hit the reply button and CTRL-V to paste it into the reply window.
So CTRL-C is copy
and CTRL-V is paste
This works most everywhere in windows.
And definately in the reply windows.

[b]Thanks, Bud.

I'd forgotten those keystrokes! That will make it faster and more accurate when I post links.

I see that you're now using Iskandar's combat animation for your avatar.

Bill and Jim,
Congratulations for stepping up as moderators.
You will find that some of the CL guys also fly RC, FF, etc. Models is models!
Some have posted that their RC field is now being shared with CL (we can fly closer to trees and other places that would be no-fly zones for RC).
Someone posted that they brought a CL plane in case there was a line for the frequency pin or pit space.
Then there is the feeling of direct control and feedback that your EZ-Just provides.

George

LONG LIVE THE UKIES! It' how I got started flying, and I will never quit. Just finished a Dick Sparplous Chalenger .40, with a ST .35. I'm really getting the hang of it now. Hope to be as good as my buddy Vaughn someday. Will post pic. soon.

I got my BySlober going Fox Stunt35 great Flyer for us seniors. Don’t care to fly around the RC guys they have a flying circle but it’s full of flys and nats and . Musketoes. Rough oldland fill the RC guys smoothed an area and put down a plastic mat. Still rough. Mostly electric planes might be able to fly on school prosperity. But not during school hours. That leaves weekends and holidays which suits me fine. Still repairing my Veco Chief after a very landing. Lost the one of a kind tail wheel. So I removed the axle replaced it and mounted a larger tire. Waiting for the glue to dry do some sanding and cleaning up. Great post I do get dizzy after several short flights I seem to be getting use to it. AJ
