Default control line installation for aerobird

Hi can anyone tell me where i can get an original control line and tail horn kit for hobbyzone aerobird, dont seem to be able to find anywhere?

I suspect you are referencing the push-rods and the control horn. The Aerobird appears to be a RTF RC plane - and I don't find any reference to a "Control Line" version of it. This forum is concerned with "control-line" models - models controlled by a handle and lines connected to a bellcrank system in the model, not with RC planes of any sort. You will probably have better luck asking in a forum concerned with ARF/ARC/RTF RC models.

If I remember correctly, they use fishing line for what is normally a pushrod. Don't know where parts are, but they may still be available. Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the info as far as I can see all the spares are now discontinued, have got the line and horns but the kit my local model shop gave me dont adjust satisfactorily to tighten the lines.

Thanks for the info, yes last time I repaired it I got the fishing line and the horns but the tensioning kit from my model shop wont adjust the lines well enough.
