Any South Carolina Control Liners

I heard about them. That is a little far for me. They have (3) new control line circles at Triple Tree. I will be visiting in May 2019. I will be sure to spend some time in the C/L area. I may run across a few local C/L guys as time passes. Thanks

Does not seem to be much control line flying around these days. There are some pockets here and there. I am sure there are some South Carolina Control Liners (U-Control) model plane builders and flyers out there. C/L is locked in my brain. I tend to fly C/L patterns when flying R/C

I recommend you contact your AMA district VP Jay Marsh. He is an old controline flyer, and being your district VP would probably know if there is anyone near you who is flying controline.

Lee,
Any updates? What part of SC are you in? Did you also ask on Stunthanger.com? Most control line guys hang out there. Am looking myself for where in SC would be a group. I might in the not to far off future be moving and was thinking about the Greenville area.
Best, DennisT

I only have one thing I can offer you. I found this control line group on Facebook.

I live in Charleston SC. It is on the coast, of course, and it is a 3 hour drive to Greenville. I will take a look at Stunthanger.com. Thanks for the tip. I am actually currently more focused on vintage R/C modeling and flying, BUT control line is a big part of my history. If it exists, I will run across it. No mandate, no urgency, just a hobby
