Johnson 29R

My Feedback: (8)
I've got a Johnson 29R which I bought new in the mid 1960's for Rat Racing. Although I never actually did any racing, I did bench run it twice right after I purchased it and not since. I had forgotten about it until I recently came across it, along with some other engines, while going through my stored control line items. The engine is in excellent condition (looks & feels new) but I have no idea what it might be worth. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I posted this for my friend, John, who I've persuaded to rejoin the ranks of the ukie fraternity. I can vouch for the content of the post because I knew him when he bought the engine.

Johnson's of all sizes & types seem to command a good price on EBAY, even better (of course!) if the box and papers are still there. I suggest you monitor prices achieved in the completed auctions listings there.
Of course you could take a leap of faith and just LIST it and you will find out what the market will bear!
