Default Li-Poly esc

I am going to get a Li-Poly 2 cell Kokam 700 mah. I was wondering if my Great Planes C-10 will handle this li-poly pack. My friend uses a GWS 5 amp speed control and he hasn't have any problems. Just wondering. Also if the C-10 wont work what is a good esc to use?

You can use the c-10 but you have to watch your flight times, You cant run the lopolys below 3v per cell. If you wantes to get on for lipolys I would get a caslte creations pixie 20 there about the same size as the c-10 they have a low voltage cut off.
