There is a pretty simples solution if you can cut a piece of 1/4 ply, drill some holes and insert some banana jacks (Radio Shack) and a lenth of wire to go to your Power Supply. Another option is to use a small hobby box (plastic box for electronic projects - Radio Shack), add the banana jacks and wire to the Power Supply and you are in business.
Some examples below.

Thanks Red, it looks like that is the route I will be taking. I didn't see anything "off the shelf", so I ordered my power supply yesterday. It should be here Tuesday, then I will fashion my own outlets as you have done.

I did a bit of bashing on the one I got. Moved the LED to the other end on the flat panel. Had to drill a .128 hole to mount it with ZAP-A-DAP-GOO. Also installed a small toggle switch to turn it on and off. Added a muffin fan from old PC supply - hole spacing on the perforated cover was perfect fit. Used computer AC socket where the terminal board is. Used short pieces of solid #12 wire from ground, and neutral to support it. Line connection went to switch and then to the Line terminal. Also installed rubber feet on it. Ended up with a pretty nice unit. I was going to hook up the Voltage sensing but found that with three chargers connected and going at their max I got hardly any voltage loss from the Power Supply to the banana jacks where the chargers were connected. I set the voltage at 13 volts.
