That should work just fine because both use the a similar DSM2 receiver. You won't have avidity to trim the heli like you can with a transmitter like a DX6i or DX7. There are switches on the transmitter that you may have to use to reverse direction of some servos. That being said, bring your transmitter to your LHS and try to bind and Mose servos...
