Default mCX lower blade problems

The lower blades seem to have more and more resistance, and Icant figure out why. Cleaned the bearings, lubed everything, still they get slower and slower to where I can no longer keep it ffrom turning even with full right rudder. What can I do?

Right from the start I noticed the uppers spun more freely than the lowers, and now they stop spinning almost immediately when power is cut.

Motor problem perhaps? Did you crash and perhaps the shaft is bent?

Shaft is straight, it tracks well, it just has more resistance than it should. Maybe I need to flush out the bearings in a solvent and relube them.

Not many parts to these, had it all apart in 2 minutes.  I swapped motors and tested it, not the motors, lower assembly that is sluggish, so I have it all apart now and going to clean the bearings out and see if that helps.  Did you know the small bearing fit in the swash bearing?

Fixed, the bearings needed cleaning, Soaked them in some Testers airbrush reducer, and they cleaned right up. now I need far less trim than I did when I first started flying it.
