Hello
When i put my heli up to speed it starts to drift off to the left if i look at the tail. I can hold the tail correct but my hole heli is going to the left.
Is this normal ?
Should i be able to lift the heli slowly lets say 2-3 inches from ground and hold it there or do i have to go up higher.
Best Regards

All model helicopters have a tendancy to drift to the left. Compensate for it with your cyclic and it will go away when you lift off.

indeed....all helis will pull to the left durring take off....if you are always having to give left cyclic once your in the air then you need to add some trim.
I HIGHLY recomend you read your manual, you need to know what stick in what direction does what. You need to know how your heli works and how to control it before you lift off. Also if your this new you should not be trying to lift off yet....follow radds (do a google serarch for it).

Maybe a simulator would be nice
I have seen one called Clearvivew, and in this one they have the Blade Cp, and i think i could hook up my Tx´s with this programm with a special Usb Cable.
Have anybody test it ?

"Cyclic" is what they call the controlled movement of your swash. When you move the right stick, youre tilting the swashplate and changing the pitch of your blades. This is what makes it move forward, backward, and side to side. When you make these movements youre really moving the cyclic. "cyclic response" is the speed that you can make these movements. The Bell Hiller mod increases the speed of your cyclic response.

The left drift is caused by the fact that your tail rotor is blowing air to the right. This occurs even on full scale helicopters, though it is less noticeable, I am told...

Hello Again
What is the Bell hiller modell, some good tricks top learn or ?
By the way i did control my heli in the air for a few seconds yesterday. Iam trying to just lift and hold it steady, like one feet from the ground.
But i tell you what this is tricky for me.

BellHiller makes the heli more responsive. It takes about 5 minutes to install and costs about $25. I wouldnt recommend it to someone learning because it makes the heli react so quickly to input. Usually the problem people have when learning on a heli is that they overcorrect. It takes a while to learn to only move the sticks 1/8 of an inch as compared to an inch. Overcorrecting one way will usually cause you to overcorrect the opposite way to regain control. Which very seldom works.
Id have to say stick with the stock head till you want faster response.
