I broke the inner shaft with head hub and got the replacement, how do i change it? I took the canopy off and I see 1 silver phillips screw at the bottom? Is this the screw i undo? I have cranked on it and cant get it to undo? Am I undoing the wrong screw?

You should be seeing two screws that screw into the aluminum collar that holds the inner shaft and gear in place. Remove those screws pull up gently but firmly on that inner shaft hub and she'll pull right out. Upon reinstall, make sure those screws fit tighly into the flat indentations at the bottom tip of the new inner shaft and that there is little, if not any, up/down movement of the shaft.

Two things.
If you replaced the inner shaft with a stock one then leave the screw out of the top of the flybar holder. It will postpone breaking another shaft head, not prevent it but it will get you a few extra crashes before it breaks again.
Next, if/when you break it again, replace it with the e-flight aluminmum one.
Best upgrade I've made yet.
