Default DX6 problem

when I lower the throttle all the way down it seems that the motor stops like there is a break. i'm using a BL motor. I didn't have any problems with the stock TX but when I switch to DX6 it seems that there is a break on the motor know.

gixxernoob,

You need to read your instructions on the esc and take the brake off.

thanx I turned off the brake in the ESC. got another problem for some reason the gyro is not locking the tail to where its fine hovering at 4ft but above that the tail is loosing it or when I try to do FF flight it would just go in circle. it seems that there is no grip on the tail. What settings do you guys have on the "Gyro" i.e. GER F, A, E, or H? and what values do you have on the GER SB trim and TRV adj? I'm using the 90. btw do I need to bind them again after adjustments has been made?

qixxernoob,

I can't help you with DX6 settings as I have the DX7, but this will help: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_47...tm.htm#4935101

Edit: Sorry, scroll to the top of the page.

Edit: Sorry again, later in the thread, Harry adds a gyro, if I remember correctly.
