CP with Lipo conversion and Super Skids..rest stock. I changed the tail motor and flew 6 or 7 packs..everything was fine. The next day it started rotating clockwise...?? I disconnected the main motor and did the twist test..that seemed fine. A counterclockwise twist caused the tail to spin up and push hard...and clockwise caused it to spin down and nearly shut off. The blade pitch is fine on both sides..and the main motor seems to provide plenty of lift. I've tried the settings all over the place but right now the proportional is completely counterclockwaise the gyro gain is up to max and the Tx trim is all the way to the left and it still spins clockwise..great for practicing piros! I can stop it with a little left stick..Unless the gyro is not working correctly when the main motor is plugged in I'm out of ideas. Thanks for any suggestions....

You may need to adjust the proportional mixer. Read the instruction manual carefully on adjustments for the proportional mixer and the gyro settings. Watch these they are a series of vids on how to setup your heli [link]http://www.funscale.com/cpg148/thumbnails.php?album=8[/link]

hrm, sounds like you've adjusted that baby all over the place.
two thoughts, does the motor change speed with inputs or does it just go all out?
if it changes speed, turn your gyro all the way down, then adjust the proportional and then start to turn up the gyro. It could be that the gyro got smashed and is always giving a reading that it is yawing CC and it could be trying to correct it that way.

Thanks for the help (last 2 replies)...But it was just a 1 o'clock in the morning problem..I was adjusting it by holding the model in my left hand with the front facing right then rotating it so I could turn the pots with my right hand...so I was looking at them left right reversed...so I had the gyro gain down to zero and the proportional turned all the clockwise so.....no dah it is spinning out of control clockwise..!!!!!!!! once the operator got fixed the heli followed suit.
