Any one have a B400 with a G90 gyro. I cant figure out why I have to put the gyro in reverse instead of norm like the book reads for the G110. If i put it in norm the heli just spins like a top. In have the rudder reveresed in the reverse menue like the book also.
Also I noticed that when I move the stick for rudder it moves a lot farther towards the rear and very little towards the front with left or right stick input. Is this normal. I should leave well enough alone the tail holds great.

Did you check what direction it was in the swash mix on the radio and have you changed servos? Mine worked fine in normal mode until I switched my servos to the JR DS285's and a JR ds3400g tail servo and then I had to put the 110 in reverse. I have a g90 headlock on my cp pro I am going to swithc to the 400 this week and see if it is any better than the 110 according to Horizon it is supposed to be. The 110 in digital mode with the new servos seems to be working fine but I am going to sale the cp pro and everything I have read says the g90 is the better of the 2 head lock gyros. I'll let you know how it works out. By the way if you are going to change servos the Jr heli kit is awsome, I did have to reverse the back mount for the servo to get it to fit and it fits great and hold wonderfully now. I could not believe the difference these servos made it was like a totally different bird. Very smooth and stable now. I flew it in a 25 mph wind yesterday and had no problem holding the bird in the wind and the tail stayed as steady as could be. The best 159 bucks I have spent yet for this heli. LOL Hope this helps Mike

Every thing is set up with stock settings and stock servos. I had the G90 on my cpp also and it was in norm setting. I bought a B400 ARF and got the DS75h servos on it. I took the G90 off the cpp and put it on the B400 and when I first fired it up it spun like a top. I put the Gyro in reverse and it works great and seem to hold the tail good but I am just in the hovering stage.
I never had a G110 on it so cant compare it. I know this though to CPP on the DX6i and no HH gyro is giveing me fits. I can not get the tail to hold no mater what I do. I been wateing to find a G110 on e bay for a good price and but it on the cpp. I dont have a swash mix for the rudder just AILE -75 ELEV-75 and Pitch+85.

Let me know how you make out with the G90 on your B400 and if you have to but it in reverse.

I had to go into the reverseing mode of the dx6i and reverse the rudder but again I have changed my servos to the jr's You can go to horizon hobby's web site and they have the radio set ups displayed to show you which way they should be set. I ran mine in normal mode until the upgrade with no problems. Good luck.

I have everything set up like there web site and the rudder reveresed like it reads. but it says to put the gyro in norm mode but my G90 only works in reverse with there set up. Mabey the G110 has to be set different than the G90. We will know when you put your G90 on your B400.
