They both look great guys ! Hey Skyblue, your fuselage is probally one of the best I've seen. Don't worry about the skids, you can tweak with that in time...... To help blend in the white Xtreme skids with the gray fuselage, you can always Dye it gray or black or whatever with some RIT dye. Wal-mart carries it along with other stores. You know, the stuff you can use for clothing and such....Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there.
I know there is a procedure for that, just do a search here on the E-Flite forum. I do remember you had to boil it for the desired color, and then cooling it.
Also if ya ever want to convert your blue CNC stuff back to silver for a even more realistic look you can use some Heavy Duty Drain Opener by Scotch, it has Lye in it that will make the blue into a shiny silver. Go here for the procedure if ever interested

Good stuff Folks ! !
Here is My Unbendable Pure Carbon fiber flybar with aluminum hub; dynam flybar weights; overall length is 5mm shorter each side than stock to prevent flybar to lower strikes compensated by slightly heavier weights so flys as good; actually better than stock. Have never bent or broken one yet.
Titanium inner shaft that is lighter and flexes more than stock; (haven't managed to bend one of those either), and Carbon Fiber outer shaft with XTREME grips and Hard white blades (painted black).
XTREME outer cap, Microheli lower and swash.
Fly it, crash it, fly it again.

This is another CX-2 with articulating floodlamp compliments of Hobby Lobby for model r.roaders. Operated by channel 5 knob via emrr (micro). Homemade brass skid mounts.

I'll vouch also for the Boomtown Hobbies canopy from Xtreme.... Lightweight, and tough....!
Mine has survived over a year of abuse.... Along also with the M-3 version tail boom with bling added.
