Scott, have you made reservations for a camper spot for IRCHA? If so, can you tell me who to contact? I want to get a reservation in too.

You need to call AMAApril 1. They're supposed to start reservations, then.

Ivan - that's good news! Still almost another month - what a rotten deal! But maybe this time...

Scott - Everything I read said it was OK. I also put a bid on an AR7200bx on ebay, just in case! A room of your own - SWEET!!!

Ivan,

Just call their 800 number and punch 0. The operator takes care of reservations.

It is nice, Chuck. Ihaven't moved anything up yet because Friday and Saturday, I had massive allergy attacks because of the dust. Iactually have to wait until the dust settles, wet the carpet, then use a carpet cleaner to make sure all the dust is up. But, it's going to be cool. Ican't wait to get in there. It'll probably two or three weeks, though. Next Saturday we're going to Weak Signals in Toledo for the day, then I want to take our motor home out for a weekend at a campground so I can make sure everything works, sanitize the water system, etc. Iknow the heat works because we used it a lot during the winter while we changing things to our liking. I upgraded both TV's to LED flat screens, did some rewiring so Icould use a Hopper from the house for satellite reception, put up a stainless steel tile back splash in the galley. My wife redid the bedroom and removed a bunch of trim that she didn't like, so we've been busy. It's time to use it. Now that it looks like Ivan is coming in his company's moho, it's gonna be awesome!

Ihope you get the AR7200BX, Chuck. Ican help you with that. It's important to get the best FBLunit you can possibly afford or else you may get into a situation where buying low will end up costing you more in the long run due to crashes, frustration, etc.

Scott - pay someone to come in & rip the rugs off the floor & put in tile or pour cement or... LOL WOW, did I under bid! No BeastX for me! I guess I hope the ebar works as good as I'm told - the Internet never lies, right????

Now to figure out what servos to use - there are just too many to choose from & EVERYBODY has an opinion. LOL

Called this morning and reserved a spot with electricity for Thursday through Sunday. I haven't received my email conformation yet though.

Will do Scott.

I uploaded some video I took at lunch with the QAV500 / Hero 3. Nothing super impressive but I thought it was cool.

Called back this morning and was told that they'd be doing call backs in a day or so... they have stuff on a spreadsheet.  Somehow, that's not too comforting as I called promptly at 8am Monday and repeatedly called until someone answered.  If I don't get a spot at site 3, I'm going to be more than PO'ed.

Just called AMA. We are good Scott. They are just trying to figure out if they are going to request paid in full or just a deposit. There are less than 15 people who requested spots so far.

Too far out for Chicago to be in view.

Arne has the Blues Mobile at his house.. The Hearse you can see in the video is his though. Here is a video that he put together from this past summer.

IKEA loves anything RC. It is pretty crazy.

Ivan - I forgot to ask about the hearse! Was that you getting out of the back?

So let me see, if you can build one engine in approximately 3 minutes, that's 20 an hour & for an eight hour day that's a total of160 a day. Wow, you're you're own production line! They probably aren't paying you enough!

Ivan - thanks!

Phil - welcome back.

This is what I get every time I try to upload a pic now!

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Nothing you can do about a 500 error, Chuck. That's all server side.

So... Ivan... you da man! What cool videos! You know, back in the 60's AMT would have made a model of that Hearse! Loved the time lapse. You work very clean and meticulously. It's little wonder AMS builds the fastest GTR's and Hearses in the world. Very impressive!

Steak Thursday night at my moho, Ivan? Can't stop the tradition, bro!
