I am sorry but having trouble reading your post as many of the words are misspelled I do not know what they are like (delate).

Stripping the main gear typically requires sudden stop of the blades. I have a CP Pro 2, MSR, MCX from E-Flite and a couple of HK450. I have only stripped the main gear a couple of times on the CP Pro 2, and a few times on the HK 450s due to either crash of blade impact. Main shaft (if it's like the CP Pro 2, the main gear comes with shaft) and spindle are also good things to have.

All so improper gear mesh can mess up a main gear or loose motor mount or motor bolts.

I would not up grade to anything aluminum till you are a really good flier. Aluminum many times can cause more breakage. On one of your other questions if I understand what your are asking check this link out. My spelling and English is poor but I try.

The tail motor on the SR is very noise. Did you check all the motor and motor mount bolts? Did you check the gear mesh which is hard to do with a bad main gear. If the main blades struck the tail boom could case it. There is more then one thing that could cause a main gear to strip. Yes I had a main gear strip but it was do to a blade strike.

I all ways keep a few extra main gears on hand with a few other extra parts. I have over 40 RC vehicles and I keep spares for all of them. I have as much or more in spare parts then I do my RC vehicles. [X(]

Gear mesh? Look on the tail boom and see if you see where the main blades hit it.

If the main shaft is not bent it will be OK. I did not replace mine when I replace the gear but I checked it.
