Hello,
I just did a range check and got 64 yards with the antenna down is this good?
And could you look at the way I installed my antenna. I raped it around the tail skid with out crossing the wire in a coil then put some shrink-rap over it so I don't have to much wire flying out the back. Is this ok?
Thanks Brian.

64 YARDS? That's plenty. Your radio's instruction manual will tell you that an adequate range check is 75 FEET, almost 1/3 of what you achieved
As long as you wrap the antenna in a coil, and don't bunch it up, you'll be okay. In fact, that was an excellent idea.
