I need to figure out what this speed control is and how to wire it.
There is a extra orange wire and I don't know where to put it.
I know there is two red and black wire sets Battery in and out.
There is a red and blue wire set I think this is for a switch.
Then the receiver connector.
Look at the pics.
Please help.
Thank you

That appears to be a dual-ESC board out of a micro electric helicopter, such as an Ikarus Piccolo. The extra orange wire is almost certainly the tail rotor control wire. Since weight is a serious issue with these little buggers, and the power (red) and ground (brown) wires would be redundant, they only provide the signal wire.
It has two outputs, one black/red for the main rotor, and the other black/blue for the tail rotor.
