Quick question, I just got an e-flite BYP YAK for my B-Day
and the manual says to rig a Pull-Pull system on the rudder, and elevator. My question is should I go with the pull-pull or a push-pull system? any advice is helpful!
Thanks!

IMHO on small models pull-pull gives you much more positive control and at a lower weight. Of course this depends a great deal on setting up a pull pull system. My Tantrum has been flying with pull-pull (per design) on rudder and elevator for four years with no problems.

What is the difference between the 2 ? I use 4# fish line snugged up between the servo arm and a same sized arm in the tail surface.
Since the lines are both snug, I call it pull-pull.

I have had Dubro micro pull-pull thread go slack. If you use pull-pull system, use Spider Wire or other "no-stretch"cord and EX connectors with tiny cotter pins or fish hooks with hooks cut off to give you some adjustment. I use small aluminum tubing squashed to terminate cords.

I use 4# Nylon fish line with a ounce or 2 of tension. NEVER has gone slack on any plane. A 1/4 of a drop of CA on the servo control arm line hole does it.
DO NOT let the CA run alomg the arm and into the bearing.
