Default Prop adapter problem.

I have just realized that I can not find a ready made adaptor to run my GWS 3 mm props on a 3.2 mm smooth shaft.

I am now faced with a risky boring out of any 3 mm GWS prop...... to a hole of 5 mm.

I can drill well. But this is a Russian Roulette job.

Thanks for any sources.

Get yourself a prop reamer. After all all you need is slightly larger then you now have.

I've never been able to find a prop reamer small enough for these small props.

I use a drill press, a careful eye, and progressively larger bit sizes so it's easier to center the bit.

I also have a set of these metric drill bits:

which have been helpful.
