Hi all!!
I just put together my NEW Fun Piccolo today and all seemed well. I had it up, flying around the livingroom and all of a sudden my main blade went off without my heli. Ok so maybe the thing was lose.....right? Not!! I snapped it back in and again it happened. So to save myself so serious crash money. I ask anyone that has seen this before to please help me out here.
By the way when I say main blades, I mean the whole main blade assembly. Not the swash plate or anything. Just the main system that goes on the two bearings. It is kind of funny how the copter drops out of the air and all I see is this UFO heading twards my wife's plants

That's pretty odd. The whole blade assembly is supposed to be locked into place with the 1 mm steel rod that goes through the hole in the main head and shaft (that's also the rod the anti-rotation hinge attaches to). The main head holds the bearings.
The part that rocks on the bearings and holds the two blades should lock onto the bearings pretty tight; mine only comes off when I fly into something. Are you sure the mount is seating on the bearings?
Another thought: are the blades loose enough to swing around a bit? Maybe one is to tight and the vibration is not going away as you power up the rotor. If that's the case, the out of balance problem could be knocking the blades off...

Your right on about the bearings locking in the blade system. It just seems that when she's up in the air and all is perfect in the flight, the top just shoots off in its owne dirrection. I'm thinking of going to helihobby and moding this baby up. I know all is well with the blade balance and the blades are set pretty well. And the bearings lock the system down pretty well.[&o] Though I have to admit that my landins are a little rough and I do mean a little, I always go back and recheck before relaunching the heli.
