Default Wattage Micro Flyer or the Sky Buddy?

What should I get? They are about the same price and They both can be flown in my yard. Is one of them better than the other? Check [link=http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/103-0449843-8356607]here[/link] for info.

Default RE: Wattage Micro Flyer or the Sky Buddy?

For the money, I'd take the WMF hands down. The Micro Flyer comes with a lipo battery, lipo charger and uses an actuator for rudder control. When the body has seen it's best days (or even before) it is a great plane to hack and built your own platform using the hardware from the WMF.

The Sky Buddy on the other hand uses Nimh batteries in the plane and direction is controlled by differential thrust, that is slowing the motor one one side or the other, in order to guide the plane.

I've have flown both and have 2 WMF's right now. In my opinion, the WMF is well worth the money and a ball to fly.
