Default RE: Spark F3A, from Krill Models - SPAIN TEAM

ORIGINAL: rgreen24

Anyone seal the aileron or elevator hinge on there Spark?
It'd be tough to do unless copying something like the thin CF strip that Wistmodel uses.

The whistling snap is is a little distracting!

Today was the first flight of my new F3A plane... Spark is one extraordinary airplane! One mix was needed, thro-elev 2% in downline, knife edge is very straight and have a good authority. CG is somewhere on the middle of wing tube. So, my dream is realized!

Setup:
Hacker C50-13XL, APC 20x13E, 2x Futaba 9650, 3x Futaba BLS 451, power box switch, Turnigy 100A ESC and 10S Rhino 4900mAh.

With prop APC 20x13E and Rhino 10S 4900mAh was messured max 85A and 3100W. I will try 20.5x12WE and 21x13 Xoar carbon also.

Regards,
Nikola

That's great news Nikola. You'll enjoy this model a lot. The mix you have is normal for the Spark. You shouldn't need any other mixes at all if the incidence and CG is right.

Cheers,
Jason.

Thanks Jason, I followed the krill`s manual and set all incidence in 0 deg, put some diferencial (10.2up, 10.8down) on ailerons and set all control throws like Andrew Jesky did. Should I set some incidence on main wing or stabs? Any sugestion about incidence?

Nikola
