Your plane looks awesome! Still working on getting mine completed. Just finished up mounting the servos in the wing and putting on vinyl (the fun part). Got a few months before we have flying weather here in the midwest and I am going to go nuts waiting to get this bird in the air. I can't wait to fly it.
Can you post a picture of the mounting of your battery tray? I have an idea of how it should go, but if you are able to put up a picture of how you, Chip and Tony mounted yours, that'd be great.

Great to hear that you love the snapping. That was really my only significant complaint with the Integral. I got the PassPort believing that it would be a better snapping plane. I also really like the look of it in the air. It draws really nice lines and seems to present in such a way that you can tell when you are level (not climbing or diving). The Integral was a little more difficult to see from that perspective. That said, I really like the Integral........just thinking that I will like the PassPort a little more and will be more competitive with it.

Thanks for sending the pics. That should help me a great deal. I couldn't figure where to put the tray. Are you using split rudder? If not, I may need to push my tray further forward.

Will do Todd. I will likely be calling you in the next few days for more insights on the build. I haven't had much time over the past few weeks, but my wife and daughter are headed back south for a week in the sun next week, so I plan to do a lot of building while they are gone. How are you coming on Stephen's plane? Probably have it all done already.

Ok guys.....its taken me a while, but here are some pics of my new Pass-Port. The pics are minus the SFG (side-force generators) which are silver. I didn't want to waste precious building time to put them on for these pics.....got a night that my wife is giving me off of watching my 2-year old to work in the shop :-)
I love the plane....cannot believe that this is the first time I have put it together.....been building on it for a few weeks here and there when I get the time. Got the gear mounted, wings done, the stabs done and elevator servos mounted, the removable split rudder done....now it is time for the rudder servos then mount the motor. Great job Chip and Marcelo, I am really happy with how it looks.

Thanks Stephen - the wings are not painted on this one. My Visa will have painted wings and stab, but these are Ultrakote. I am really happy with the scheme that Marcelo and Chip drew up for me. They are now offering the Pass-Port in this scheme, which is kinda cool. I think they took my scheme from last year and improved on it. The bottom is in the typical Pass-Port scheme, which I really liked because I thought it presented great when I watched you all flying them at the Nats.

I recently purchased a Passport Kit. Could someone please post some pictures of the placement of all the pieces that install in the fuse? I have built several kits but this one has me guessing on the location and the install of the rudder servo tray, gear mount, battery tray and other items. I"m good with the rest of the build. Thanks for the help!

After reading your post I realize that instructions are our weak spot right now for the CA planes. I am hoping Todd or someone will post some pics and tomorrow I will speak with Marcelo about this. When I get a moment I will try to get a generic intruction manual posted on the website that can be downloaded to help out the builders. We apoligize for the inconvienence and will get something up ASAP.

4ptrol,
The rudder servo on my Pass-Port is mounted just behind the canopy. You can also mount it like the Genesis, at the back of the canopy
the best thing to do on the battery tray is mount it last so you can get the CG right.
Let me know if you have any other questions

Here is where the battery tray is on the Pass-Port without split rudder. If you are going to run spilt rudder the battery will mount forward of this location.
Stephen post some pics of your batter tray (split rudder location)
