I don't know what happened to my aerohawk. during a preflight check, when i tested the right aeliron, the servo pushed up and just stayed there and mede the "ssssiiiiii" noise, it couldn't return back to level position. When the joint rods tilted a swash plate to the right or forward, the main shaft moved up a little bit. Does this mean the main shaft will separate from the main gear soon? pls help. thanks

forgot to mention early, when i took out a screw and repositioned the servo arm to horizontal position, it didn't help either. the servo arm kept pushing up as counter clockwise tilted a swashplate while making the "ssssiii, ssssiii, ssiii..." noise. Does this mean, the servo has wore out or bad?
Thanks

Sounds like you tore a tooth off of one of the gears in the servo. Do you know what kinds of servo it is? Replacement gearsets are fairly cheap.
If it is Hitech servos, servocity.com is a good source for gearsets.
