Default Strange Tracking Problem

I dinged my Shogun V2 and bent the shaft. I got a new one and replaced it and now I can't get the blades to track.

One or the other is always about 1 inch high and when I adjust the link for the higher or lower one even a half turn the other one trades places and they are still about an inch apart.....until 100% throttle that is.

At 100% the low one seems to jump up and it is now in track, lower the collective even a couple of clicks and they are again an inch apart.

The head and collective hardware are pretty sloppy but they were that way when it was new.

I tried for over an hour to get it in track and finally gave up.

Any suggestions would sure help.

Ron

Did you check the spindle shaft as well as the main shaft?

I replaced the spindle shaft but no change. Then a close inspection of the swash plate revieled the problem. The inside ring had broken so that it would pop out of the outside ring just enough to throw the blade pitch off.

A new swash plate and problem solved.
