align battery charging time?

hi
does anyone know how long it takes to charge an align 3cell 2200mah 18c batt for the t-rex450 with the align charger?
and also how long it woud take with a thunder power 1010c charger with 210 balancer or the e-station BC-8?
also will i be able to charge 2 batt at the smae time with the TP 1010c charger and how long would it take to charge both at once?

Any charger is going to me limited to it max amps. For example with my 1010 I can charge at 10 AMPS but the general rule is to only charge at 1C. So for a 2200 mah pack that would be 2.2 amps. Any of the chargers mentioned should be able to do that and they all will take the exact same amount of time to do it. You can charge at more amps as fast as you like but your packs will not last long and could possibly catch fire. That is on you.
You can charge multi batteries (again up to the max AMP delivery of the charger) but I would not do it unless you have multiple balancers. (See below for example)

ok so what would the actuall time be for that batt to charge?
and if i order 2 blinky lipo balancers would that be enough to charge two batts at once?
i am not sure i understand all this...
bassiclly what i want is to be able to figure out how many batts combined with what chargers to have a constant fresh batt with the rate of flight time, e.g. flight time is 10 min, then every ten min i would need the next battery to be charged...
if i had a charger that could charge two batt at once in 20 min, or two chargers doing one batt in 20min, then i would need three batts...
hope this makes sence.

I can't find the formula right now. [:'(] But I have never heard of anyone charging a 2200 pack to 100% in less than 20 minutes. There are limitations to how fast you can safely put electrons back in a pack.
The problem is unless you have the balancer slaved to charger you cannot (or should not) charge it as hard (more than 1C). No charger, I know of, supports multiple balancers attached to it.
Most people I know that are heavy in to electrics have a generator, multiple chargers, with many balancers, and many many packs. Everyone has there own system.
I did find out, while looking for the answer for you, that my 1010 with connected 210V does safely support the charging of my 6S 4900 Evo packs at 8.25 amps! This is well above the suggested 1C charge of 4.9 amps. The intelligent/connected charger/balancer allows this to happen.

i was looking at the elctrifly poly charger 4, it will charge 4 at one time.
would i need 4 seperate balancers for this charger?, or would it make more sense in just buy 4 of the align chargers, would prob be cheaper...

Yeah the Align balancer charger is only about $50 and if you never going to charge more than 4S packs then yes that is the cheapest/easiest way.
