Default do you lose the flybar with three bladed heads?

not that I'm looking to do it, it seems like way to much work, I was wondering, do you lose the flybar? if so, how does that happen?

Yes you do loose the flybar. Anything above two blades the flybar is gonzo. If you look at a pic of a tri-head at cnchelicopter.com you will notice there is no washout or seesaw. Pretty much only a swash and pitch is controlled by ur Tx if I'm correct. I haven't done it either, yet, but from those I've talked with it is a lot harder to control as well. Flybar adds a lot of stability.

hope this answers ur Q

happy fly'n

no flybar but you can get stability systems to help with it. basically it's a gyro for your cyclic, expensive though

thanks guys.. like I said, I'm not looking to change over, it somehow looks more complicated and I hate setting up the pitch anyhow, so why add more blades to do it too?

Dumbdawg, that was the exact site I was at and looking at those heads that made me wonder about losing the flybar...
