Default Thunder tiger mini titan

Hi,
I bought and assembled a mini titan, (never ever worked with such small parts with such big fingers and wouldnt do it again) I would pay the extra for the assembled version.
Anyway i have a couple of problems, one the drive rod for the tail rotor is very flexible and moves up and down in the OVAL? shaped holes in the stays, i also seem to have some stiffness in the linkage which moves the tail rotor to the point it will occasionally lock up momentarily. I have stripped it once already but with no succes.
Anyone got any ideas.
