Too excited about my new hornet..oops
So i got a little excited...and I tried to take her up prematurely and I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong..though i think that the radio not being set to pcm mode might have helped..and that inbalance in the tail possibly....oh and the main rotors being on backwards....
MAN! never take anybodies word that the heli is set up right till you check it yourself..of course this is a rather special kind of stupidity I have achieved here.
It was going great..seemed stable and then as it idled up it started spinning about the nose wildly...and without moving in any direction except a perfect circle... by this time i was spooling it down..she exploded sending blades and carbon rod/tubes flying in every direction....
It was rather jolting/exciting/saddening...oh well I guess hop-ups come faster than expected...
