Default hummingbird heli questions

I recently purchased a hummingbird heli. I fly giant scale airplanes but this is my first RC heli. I have a few questions?
We got the heli set up according to instructions.
Question 1. The craft develops a severe shake when the main rotor is spinning up. However it usually goes away after lift off. If the main rotor needs to be balanced how do I go about doing it.
Question 2. Is it possible to trim this heli so that it will hover hands free? The instruction suggest that you should be able to trim it out so that it will "rise without moving left or right forward or backwords" We have worked with the trims but it is not close to hovering hands off.

Proper balancing, tracking, and trimming will make it easier to hover, but I don't know of any heli, especially the micro ones, that will hover hands off. The Hummingbird and similar sized helis, are more unstable in ground effect than than they are when you get them 4 or more feet high. Also, if you are using the training gear, they can resonate, and cause bad vibrations that come or go depending on rotor speed.

As they say, it is like balancing a marble on a dish. You are constantly correcting it to maintain hover.

Hands free is not as easy accomplished by even the best pilots so if you have a goal of doing that before forward flight then you'll be waiting a LONG time!
