Hello , Start all over with Starfire from Nitro Plane , remove is monokote and recover with Solartex and fews coats of Nitrate dope, add TJ-100 fan with 8S-5000 LiPo , rebuild also is both intake duct air and exhaust tube extention rear end ,. I use hard wood skid under teh wing for bungee assist launch , work in progress . Cheers
