Default AMD Hawk conversion

Hello guys,

Has anyoen converted one of the AMD hawks (or its different look alikes) to EDF ?

Im doing one from Will Hobby (same size and shape as AMD) and would love some tips about the outlet ducting, battery placement, CG etc..

any ideas guys ?

I would suggest the Hawk may not be a bad conversion. You must keep the weight down. You will need a 120 mm fan and probably a decent size Neumotor running on 10 lipo minimum using a Castle 110 hv ESC. I run the 1912-1Y in my JHH Skyhawk. Check out RCGroups electric jets. Tons of info... Doug

I got a chuebeler DS-94 with NeuMotor 1515 if i remember right,. and HV110 on 10S 5000Mah.

But i still need info about ducting, battery placement etc..
