Default Need A motor setup for my cardboard prop jet!!

Alright guys I need some Motor + speed control setup ideas to make this thing fast as heck but not to fast. I made this thing from a piece of cardboard so far I have a BL2215/25 motor on it with a 10x7 slow flyer prop with a 20amp esc brushless I'd say it flys around 20mph level . Anyways Help me out give me so good setup ideas please. Another question should I go outrunner or inrunner?? or is there a difference in performance? . thanks.

I built one of these cardboard planes once and crash it because it folded up on me in flight. Remember to cut the cardboard with the inner ribbing running as supports. I.E. If the nose was a north direction make the inner ribbing go East and West. For the best over all support run carbon tubes inside the inner ribs. Good luck
