Fly Eagle Jet Rafale 1/9th scale cg problem
Hello!
Hope someone can help us with this little problem:
We imported a very sleek looking FlyEagleJet Rafale 1/9 EDF with the retracts factory fitted and looks just FANtastic.
Dropped a Shuebeler 120mm carbon fan with a Lehner 2280-9 motor and two Flight Power Evo25 5000mah 22.2v in series coupled to a Jeti Spin99.
First had trouble fitting the fiberglass outlet, but sorted that by not using it.
Second problem is now the CG. With everything fitted where it should be, this thing is so nose heavy, not even a brick up the rear will sort that out.[&o]
Is there anyone out there that has done this convertion before that had the same problem? How do we sort this out? Were planning to fly this monster at a jet weekend in a couple days, but there is no way that that will happen.
