I'm new to helis and just practicing on FMS and trying to set up my controller correctly. I just want to verify the tail (left stick) control.
I found 1 source that said this:
Is this correct?
Thanks
Martin
I found 1 source that said this:
If you move the left stick to the right, the helicopter will yaw to the right, or clockwise. If you move the stick to the left, the helicopter will yaw to the left, or counter-clockwise.
Thanks

I'm no chopper pilot, but that does sound correct to me. It is also consistent with airplane controls. You might try one of the helicopter forums here to get more response to helicopter questions.

Yup, that is correct. It also helps to think with respect to the canopy. Left stick makes the canopy go left. I mention this since I know of one guy who set things up looking at the tail, was able to learn how to fly this way, but now he can't go back and we can't fly his stuff, he can't fly ours
