Default Charging batteries

I have a polycharge 4 charger with equinox balancers and was wondering what happens if I charge a 3200mah 3s 11.1v 15c battery on it considering the dial on it only goes up to 3000mah?

Default RE: Charging batteries

It should work fine. It will just charge at 3A instead of the 3.2A max that you could charge it at. According to the manual, it uses the standard CC/CV charge method for LiPo packs, and has a 3 hour safety timer. There is no mention of it actually limiting the total charge (mAh) it puts into a pack. You should easily be able to fully charge a 3200mAh pack in less than 3hrs with a 3A charge rate.
