Default 25-31cc Reccomendation for 3 or 4 blade props

What experiece has anyone had using 3 or 4 blade on homies or ryobis? Only guidline I have seen is for 3 blades which says reduce either length or pitch by one inch. What about 4 blades?

Also what is a tractor prop? Just one that pulls vs pushes or is there other differences from say a sport prop that mounts in a 'pulling / standard' method?

Mike, From my experience, you are correct in your assumtions. On the four blade, you drop 2" or 2 pitches or one of each, whichever will make the plane speed come out correct. You will be limited by what is available.

Tractors pull and pushers push.

Jim
