Just received my new rings from Frank Bowman real nice guy to talk to did an excellent job on the rings. My Ryobi will be finished breaking in today and fly my Ultra Spad Stik tomorrow. His rings brought up the compression up real good I for one am going to buy more rings from him anybody that does not use his rings will have just another engine Thanks Frank

Yeah, I love Frank Bowman's rings and use them in all my engines. Have for years. And as you say he is great to work with.

What's the difference between Frank Bowman rings and rings from the on line parts replacement stores?

Frank uses an extremely high quality cast iron for his rings, does a special heat treatment process, and sizes them for optimum ring gap; (in most cases near .000") They seat quickly, make more power than most factory rings, and are the only rings I use in my engines.
