Question super tiger 18 engine

Hi everybody,Iīm Alex and I have a lamborghini rc under build right now and I have a big problem with the engine.Seems like the piston dosenīt have enough room in the cylinder liner to complet a cicle and gets stuck i will put a video here is more easy to see what iīm talking about https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnvW7-Wjuzs When the connecting rod is down the cylinder liner is completely in on the chamber but when the coonnectin rod push up the piston the cylinder liner is getting out and thats wrong i think....so what can i do in this situation???

Warm up the cyl /sleeve with a low flame using a propane torch. Then see if engine frees up. Do not heat the piston...just the upper sleeve.

is it a new engine? if so put it back together and break it in .the abc engines are tight in that area.

the cylinder head should hold the liner in place. use a small amount of oil, I use 3n1 oil and work the crank back and forth and it should eventually turn over with minimal force. or send it to tower and they will fix you up. also leave the plug out.

It's normal.
Add some fuel/oil mix as suggested above.
K&B 40 marine will actually squeak going over the top even with fuel.
Try to avoid pulling the engine apart in future as the manufacturer may well get a little upset and void any warranty.

This is normal for an ABC engine as the sleeve is tapered toward the top, as the engine runs and warm-up the fit will be perfect.

If it wasn't doing that it would mean the P/S fit is too loose!

Anyone else ever seen a Super Tigre engine delivered this way, as it is a first for me.
