Rob's (Gompy's) old TCI Files - anyone got them?

Does anyone have copies of Rob's old TCI program 'Ignition Control' v 1.0.0.1180 and the .HEX file that went along with this (dated before 23/11/2010). Or any earlier .HEX files to use with that program.
I've revisited Rob's old designs and made substantial improvements and now have a 100% working, reliable circuit. No spurious lock-ups, unwanted sparks etc. I'm using Ignition Control v. 1.0.0.1515.
The major problem I have is the circuit works fine in TCI mode when configured, but when the PIC is reset either by POR or MCLR, the dwell setting is ignored. The advance table, pickup position and easy-start angles are correct. If I then query the settings I get the correct values when i reset to TCI mode (from CDI).
It would be a real shame never to see this working properly. It all works really smoothly except for the glitch.
I don't know whether this is a problem with the .HEX or the control software. I just wanted to see if earlier versions of the files did the same thing.
